All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Groningen, the Netherlands.

We aim to process and dispatch your order within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your track & trace link.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but orders within the Netherlands are usually delivered within 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Please note: Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur that are outside of our control.

Returns

We hope you love your Northern Muse pieces. If something isn’t quite right, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

• After registration, you have 14 days to send your item back
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• You can choose your preferred shipping carrier
  

Once we have received and approved your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Return conditions

• Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and free of stains or odours
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached
• Items that show signs of wear or have missing tags may be refused
